Older adults, seniors with chronic pain, and caregivers are welcome to attend.  

Participants will receive a free copy of the book Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions.

Spend a day at the St. Jacob's Market in Kitchner Waterloo where you can purchase organic veggies, fruit, honey and other items such as crafts, clothes, art and much more. We will also enjoy a stop over at Picard's Peanuts otherwise known as "Peanut Heaven" where you may purchase freshly seasoned peanuts, chocolate, fresh ice cream and much more.

Cost: $35 Members & $40 Non members

Trip includes: Transportation by school bus. Lunch not Included.

Board the ferry for a 15 minute ride to Wards Island. Awaiting your arrival will be golf carts that will escort you to the wonderful Sunshine Centre for Seniors.

Refreshments will be served upon arrival along with some light exercises. You will then be taken on a nature walk or golf cart tour through the beautiful gardens.

Trip includes: Ferry admision to Ward Island, light refreshments, lunch and transportation by school bus.

Lunch includes: Delicious barbecue lunch consisting of hamburger, salad, potato chips and a drink (vegetarian options are available)

Cost:  Members age 60+ $35
